The chosen meeting point is Croome Court near High Green, Worcester WR8 9DW, the former home of the Earls of Coventry. This stately home has been recently acquired by the National Trust. May I suggest that we meet at around 10.30 in the car park or, if it is raining, in the Restaurant. We will then visit the House before a leisurely drive through the Lenches to Hanbury Hall, a William and Mary-style country house, garden and park, also owned by the National Trust. The distance between the two properties is 31 miles.
