We held our annual Concours at Boughton House, the home of the Duke of Buccleugh in Northamptonshire. We stayed at The Talbot Hotel in Oundle and travelled via quiet back roads and charming villages to Boughton House where we were given special consent to park right outside the main front of the house. Following the judging we had a splendid cold buffet lunch in the charming Stable restaurant and then spent an engrossing hour being taken around the house and learning of its amazing history from a very knowledgeable guide. Following on from this we reluctantly said our good-bye’s and started back for home.
