May 6-11 Tour Now Full. A Tour to South and West Cornwall (Graham Tyson – gtyson@outlook.com)
This tour has been designed as a relaxing holiday (navigators take note!) There are no early starts and the daily mileages will be kept to a maximum of around 50 miles. Cornwall in early May is arguably at its finest with a profusion of flowers and shrubs from the exotic to the humble Bluebells and Primroses, with quiet roads reminiscent of the early years of motoring. Our tour is based initially at the Alverton Hotel on the outskirts of Truro, a Grade II high Victorian ex Nunnery where we shall spend three nights with the final two nights being spent at the newly refurbished boutique Mount Haven Hotel in Marazion.
