The Concours of Elegance is an annual event run by Thorough Events UK which brings together a selection of 60 of the rarest cars from around the world, typically drawn in equal proportions from the UK, the US and The Rest of the World. The event has been held in marvellous locations since 2012, Windsor Castle, St James Palace in London, Holyrood house in Edinburgh and this year it will be at Hampton Court. A panel of collectors and experts choose the cars, covering all marques of all ages, many of which will never have been seen before in the UK. Several 20 Ghost Club members with rare or exotic cars have been invited to display in the past. In addition, on each of the three days there are special events in which other car clubs are invited to attend. This year, they have invited up to twenty members of the 20 Ghost Club to show their cars as part of the clubs display on Friday 1st of September which is called the Owners Day. The event is at Hampton Court and we have been allocated a prime location at the rear of the Palace between the Privy Garden and the Grand Fountain Gardens.
